The trial seeking to bring to justice those captured in Operation Iraqi Freedom doesn't seem to be going very well. Saddam stormed out of the courtroom again. This time in front of a new judge.
According to a Times Online article (Link) the whole idea of having an international court of law is in jepardy. This is bad news for the future of the international court.
