Nunez, Schwarzenegger's Healthcare Bill Goes Down

Yesterday the Senate Health Committee voted on the health care bill that has been getting loads of press lately. Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, the author of the bill was no doubt disapointed when his bill received only one yes vote, effectively signaling the end of the crusade. This is quite a setback to be sure, not only for Nunez, but also for Governor Schwarzenegger who has spent much of the past year pushing for a socialized health care bill.
