Does It Make Sense?

I find it very fascinating that the government in California is spending millions of dollars on trying to promote the first 5 preschool program. There haven't been a whole lot of people interested in the program and yet they keep on pouring cash into it. This is in spite of the incredible amount of evidence that shows institutionalized early childhood education is detrimental to the development of children.
